Joe
I grew up in both the Ocoee Watershed and the shadow of Kennesaw Mountain. My family have always been avid hikers but fell away from the hobby during my adolescence. I started to hike again with the ultimate goal of through hiking the Appalachian Trail and using it as a way to get back in shape. I founded Hike Southeast as a way to document my adventures on the trail and keep me in the hobby. Naturally, I'd choose my best friend to join me as a partner on the journey, and in comes will.
Will
As a native of East Texas, the Appalachian Mountains that surround me now are a bit intimidating, but that won't stop me frm getting out there and exploring the world i live in! I love to Hike, hunt, fish, and shoot and I'm very excited to continue to explore the world around me for the good of myself and hopefully for the hikers reading this. I'm still building up my kit so that we can both learn by trial and error what is best for the trails that surround me!
