one of my favorite adventures of the summer, and one of the most nostalgic hikes i've taken, goforth creek is a picteuresque mountain stream tumbling into the rushing ocoee river. The Hike begins with a small gravel parking lot off US 64 between Benton and Ducktown. Once you park, you will need to walk back across the bridge to Goforth rd 186, a USFS road that is closed to vehicular traffic most days and will serve as your trail. this format makes this hike an ideal spot for young families and couples looking for an easy hike.
